IHG IGNITE SUMMIT & EXPO
CHALLENGE
Just a few months before IHG’s annual IGNITE Summit, ADM was brought in on a tight timeline to help Senior Leadership remedy a variety of pain points, including streamlining their message, agenda curation, scriptwriting, speaker-coaching, mainstage design, GFX, video, and overseeing multiple event production agencies (speaking multiple languages).
SOLUTION
At ADM, “last minute” doesn’t mean you can’t make a lasting impression … and multiple moving pieces doesn’t mean you can’t move an audience.
We quickly elevated the set and stage experience and upgraded equipment—allowing us to create and play 7 source videos, and custom graphics, across 7 dynamic screens. Each screen was designed to operate independently, or come together as one cohesive visual canvas to best support IHG messaging.
Our partners at IHG asked us to “bring Berlin to the ballroom” and our creative team was happy to oblige with custom thematic graphics, unique 7-screen presenter backgrounds, executive introduction videos, and a Berlin World Countdown Clock marking every successful second of this seamless event.
